האפליקציה קופאת כל הזמן ולינקים לא נפתחים בהמון ניסיונות. סיוט

I've had to reinstall the app multiple times because the links stop working (I started getting a message that I'm trying to pay using a computer when I'm actually on my phone.) After reinstalling the app completely stopped working, it freezes as soon as I open it a D is unresponsive.

הגיוני לא לתת ריבית אבל מבאס שאתם לא נותנים דיסקליימר בהתחלה. רק כשמסיימים את התהליך מגלים שאם יש לך אזרחות כפולה סתם בזבזת חצי שעה

Why on every bloody update I have to re-enter my phone number and fng card all over again.?

I wanted to donate through the app. But it is not possible to sign up without an Israeli mobile number.

They never respond. My app stopped working for iPhone 14+ after latest 4.6.3 update. CS doesn’t reply to emails or messenger. All my money is inaccessible at the moment.

Useless, not efficient, not user-friendly for everyone. I would like to pay someone in Israel and I’m in the US. They sent me the link and it’s in Hebrew. When I tapped on it to try to figure out how to translate it to English it said Hebrew is not available to translate. Why on earth would I use your product then. The United States of America is a very large market especially for Hebrew to English missing out on a lot of people that could be but as for me I won’t use your app. It’s complicated when you can’t read another language. You don’t make it easy to find anything or to navigate through to try to understand your app even if I don’t speak the language. There are so many applications and other products that you really don’t need to be the language to understand what you need to do because they have icons. You might want to consider that. I’m very extremely agitated because I’ve been trying to pay my friend for two days now. I have text your support no one responds I’ve sent emails no one responds your customer service is horrible

It was much more user friendly when it was also available in English

Buggy and horrible customer service. Support people are no better than bots.

סה״כ התוכנה עובדת בסדר אבל העובדה שצריך לגשת לאנשי קשר ולזכור טלפונים בעל פה כדי להזין למי שולחים מאוד לא נח בהצלחה בטינה

אני משתמשת האפליקציות, האפליקציה מסורבלת ולא ברורה.

And the only Israeli card I have is an Amex, which it won’t recognize. It allows you to input a bank account but you can’t withdraw from it. Complete fail.

כאשר מאפסים את הסיסמא, האיפוס הוא לסיסמאת 4 ספרות. לאחר מכן הסיסמא הנדרשת להעברת כסף הינה בת 5 ספרות. האפליקציה לא ניתנת לשימוש.

Easy to use and very accurate. Use it for a lot of kid related school expenses.

אמין ונוח אבל לפעמים מסורבל להכנס לאחר תשלום ולראות את הקבוצה או למצוא את הקבוצה במעבר מהקישור לאפליקציה. בגלל האמינות והזמינות זו עדיין אפליקציה טובה מאוד

For occasional collection of money from a group of people, it is an amazing option. No fees for the payer. It sends reminders so your group does not forget to chip in😜

ניסיתי להקים קבוצה לועד , הוספתי את אשתי , אשתי הצטרפה אצלה אבל באפליקציה אצלי לא הופיע . מתברר שנוצרה קבוצה כפולה שעכשיו גם שהיא מנסה לצאת לא מצליחה. שינוי מפרטי לציבורי לא נשמר אלא רק אחרי כמה פעמים . בקיצור אפליקציה לא נבדקה

קל מאוד לשימוש וממש נוח. בהצלחה!

For some reason you need an Israeli phone number to use the app

Finally, one get organize an event and not go crazy with managing the shared budget

Organized a bbq for 10 friends.. All of us downloaded the app, no paying back problems. Unbelievable!
